I work in a store a short walk away from this store, everytime I pay them a visit to get a vape, they are all so welcoming and friendly, when ever i walk in, smiles all around. They know their stuff, when ever I have a question they will tell me everything I would ever need to know with also suggestions for products better suited to what I'm looking for. For example if I ask for a sweet and strong disposable vape, they will tell me the differences of the brands as well as have suggestions of diffrent flavers witch is very helpful when looking for new flavers to try. While in other stores around the area, the price of a single disposable vape are £6+ while in this store, their disposable vapes are all £5, regardless of brand witch gives people a better variety of options for trying new flavers. Top level shop! From price, custermer service, variety and vibe, all are grate and deffently worth a stop for all peeps who vape. ~ the c
What an absolutely fantastic bunch of gentlemen. I switched yesterday from a Hayati disposable to a Vaporesso rechargeable kit using a freebase liquid, but found it was catching the back of my throat and making me cough quite a lot. I popped back in today to explain, and they immediately took the time to help, letting me try a nicotine salts liquid instead. What a difference, incredibly smooth and genuinely enjoyable. Excellent customer service in this shop. It has the biggest e liquid selection I've ever seen. You can have a hot or cold drink while you are waiting to be served. I can collect and drop off yodel parcel's. A great bunch of lads!! ~ Anthony M
